Egg Yolk Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together, work in shortening.
    Make a well in center and add egg yolks and milk (eggs and milk blended together).
    Blend ingredients with fork, turn out on well floured board and knead until smooth, adding more flour if necessary.
    Roll out as thin as possible, let stand 20 minutes.
    Cut into narrow strips, shaking them together with a dusting of flour.
