Sweet-Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium pork chops
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 can Sloppy Joes sauce
    1 (18 oz.) can sliced pineapple, undrained and quartered
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork.
    Brown in oil in a large skillet.
    Remove and set aside.
    Add to skillet the bell pepper, celery and onion. Saute lightly and drain.
    Add to skillet rest of ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Return pork chops to skillet.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes over low heat.
