Butter-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg and add sugar, butter and buttermilk.
    Add to this mixture the sifted dry ingredients and the pecans.
    Bake 1 big or 3 small (baked in medium size fruit cocktail cans).
    Grease containers and dust with flour.
    Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes for small loaves, longer for large.
