Easy Beignets(French Market Donuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    confectioners sugar
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Open can of biscuits. Roll out each biscuit until very thin. Then cut into fourths.
    Fry in hot oil until nice and brown.
    Take out and shake in container with confectioners sugar while hot. Take out and serve while still hot.
    Great with milk coffee.
