Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    6 potatoes, cut up
    4 onions, quartered
    6 celery stalks, cut into pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 oz. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together in large casserole dish. Cook in oven for 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Additional seasonings may be added to taste.
