Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs (country)
    2 medium onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Place ribs, bone down in roaster pan; top with sliced onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours; uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer. Great with rice or noodles.
