Artichoke And Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 frozen pkg. shredded imitation crabmeat
    1 can artichoke hearts, sliced
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. cooking wine or sherry
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms.
    Add wine and simmer 1 minute. Combine mayonnaise, cheese and all other ingredients except paprika.
    Put mixture in a quiche dish or large pie plate, sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
    About 25 minutes. Serve with rye rounds or any other crackers.
