Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Velveeta cheese slices
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar pimientos, chopped
Preparation
    Place frozen broccoli in Pyrex dish and microwave for approximately 5 minutes.
    Add to cooked rice.
    Stir in mushroom soup, chopped onion and pimientos.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
