Tuna Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1 packet chicken broth and seasoning mix
    1 small zucchini, cut into julienne strips 1 x 1/2-inch
    1 oz. green onion, sliced
    1/4 c. (8 1/2 oz.) tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme (optional)
    6 1/2 to 7 oz. tuna, drained
    minced parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in top half of a double boiler over boiling water.
    Add flour and stir until a paste is formed.
    Stir in water gradually.
    Add seasoning mix.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Add zucchini and green onion.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
    Heat until hot.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Makes 2 servings.
