Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices torn bread with crusts
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
salt
pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
paprika
parsley flakes
Preparation

Place alternate layers of bread, cheese and sausage in greased 9 x 12-inch (2-quart) baking dish.
Beat eggs and milk; add salt and pepper.
Pour over bread layers and refrigerate overnight.
