Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef bacon or imitation bacon meat, crumbled
    1 medium tomato, cored and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) mayonnaise
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (optional)
    1 loaf bread, toasted and cut into squares
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine bacon, tomato, sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Add spinach, if desired, first squeezing out all moisture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with toasted squares.
