Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    3 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form into balls.
    Fry until brown on all sides.
    Simmer in remaining tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cans of water.
    Cook 45 minutes with lid on.
