Peggy'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    3 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. sweet milk
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and allspice
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Stir in pulp. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk and vanilla to first mixture.
    Pour into greased Pyrex dishes (one 9 x 13-inch and one 8 x 8-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
