Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. grated apple
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar together for a long time until smooth.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt; add to the egg mixture.
    Add nuts, apples and vanilla.
    Bake in a greased pie pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
