Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
    1 (15 oz.) container Sorrento Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 c. (4 oz.) Sorrento Mozzarella shredded cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 (26 oz.) jar Classico tomato/basil pasta sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, spinach, Mozzarella,
    Parmesan and egg. Spread about 1/3 cup cheese mixture on each noodle.
    Roll up lengthwise. Pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange lasagna rolls, seam side down, in the dish. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes. Garnish as desired.
