Oysters Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oysters
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    2 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook chopped celery 10 minutes in boiling salted water; drain and set aside.
    Make cream sauce of butter, flour, milk and seasonings.
    Cook and stir constantly until very thick.
    Add celery and eggs to cream sauce.
    Place oysters in baking dish. Top with sauce.
    Cover with crumbled toast crumbs; dot with butter.
    Cook for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
