Skillet Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. buttermilk (you may substitute 1 Tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. sweet milk)
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spread iron skillet evenly and on sides with Crisco.
    Mix ingredients well and pour into skillet.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes or until brown.
