Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    3 c. shredded carrots or 3 jars junior baby food (carrots)
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with an electric mixer. No sifting needed. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
