Ragu Beef Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion
    chopped green pepper
    1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    In medium size saucepan, brown ground beef along with onion and green pepper.
    Turn heat to low and add spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Prepare Minute rice as directed. Pour beef mixture over rice in individual servings.
    Serve with a salad and some breadsticks.
    Serves 4 to 5.
