Freezer Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    4 oz. cottage cheese
    3 envelopes chocolate Alba '66 powder
    3 packs artificial sweetener
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. imitation chocolate flavoring
Preparation
    Put evaporated skim milk and cottage cheese in blender container.
    Process at high speed until mixture is smooth.
    Pour into small bowl and add rest of ingredients.
    Using electric mixer, beat until thick and creamy.
    Pour into shallow nonstick 8-inch square pan.
    Freeze until hard.
    Cut into 24 squares. Remove to airtight container and store in freezer.
    Do not thaw before eating.
    Entire recipe contains the equivalent of 2 ounces of protein and 4 milk allowances.
