Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 egg
    2 c. biscuit mix
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, or any other hard yellow cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    It will take awhile to mix in the flour, but do not give up and add moisture.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven on a cookie sheet until golden brown.
    Best when served hot. Very easy to microwave.
