Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
Dash of cumin
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
pepper to taste
creole seasoning salt to taste
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
Preparation

Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper.
Dissolve bouillon cube in small amount of hot water.
Mix all ingredients, except mushroom soup and mushrooms, in oven baking pan and pat into loaf.
