Poppy Seed Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. pkg. wide noodles
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
    1 large carton small curd cottage cheese
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    sliced Velveeta or other cheese
Preparation
    In olive oil in large skillet, cook turkey, onion and green pepper, separating meat as it cooks, until well browned and crumbled.
    Drain liquid.
    (Cook noodles according to package directions while meat is cooking.)
