Sweet And Sour Red Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chickens, quartered (I use chicken breasts)
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    parsley
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    orange slices
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in a large shallow pan.
    Mix together salad dressing, soup mix and apricot preserves (1 clove garlic, 2 teaspoons mustard or soy sauce may be added for extra flavor). Pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender. Turn chicken twice during baking, basting with sauce. Arrange chicken on serving platter.
    Spoon pan sauce over chicken. Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
