Vegetarian Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
2 large crooked neck squash, sliced thin (4 c.)
16 oz. cottage cheese
15 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

In large baking dish, layer 1/3 each of sauce, noodles, vegetables and cheese.
Repeat twice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
