Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. noodles (elbow)
1 medium green pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1 medium onion
Preparation

Brown meat; set aside after draining into casserole dish.
Cook noodles until al dente, drain and add to meat along with chopped onion and green pepper.
Stir in tomatoes and sour cream.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly.
May be frozen and consumed later.
