Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, bell pepper and onion in bowl. Combine salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar and oil; mix well and pour over vegetables.
    Let set for 1 hour before serving.
