Turkey Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1 (16 oz.) can Mandarin orange segments, drained
1 medium apple, chopped
1 c. grape halves
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. toasted pecan halves
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, honey and ginger; mix well.
Add all remaining ingredients except pecans; mix lightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Chill.
Stir in pecans just before serving.
Serves 6.
