Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Brown shell lightly.
    Crumble and cook sausage with onion until sausage is done.
    Drain and put in partially cooked pie shell. Combine eggs with whipping cream and pour over sausage.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
    Cool slightly before cutting.
