Snappy Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
    1 tangerine, peeled and sectioned and pits removed
    3/4 c. fresh blackberries
    1/2 c. seedless white grapes
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, honey and ginger. Chill.
    When ready to serve, arrange fruit decoratively on a plate around bowl of dip.
    Use your favorite fruit.
    Makes 4 servings; 105 calories per serving.
