Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 to 2 cans artichoke hearts (not marinated), cut up coarsely
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a 2-quart ovenproof casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
Heat in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
This dip is good spread on Carr's table water crackers.
