Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
    Parmesan cheese
    bread or cracker crumbs
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave cream cheese, milk and butter; mix until sauce is thick and not lumpy.
    Add green chillies and corn.
    Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish, sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; top with bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
