Cheese And Sausage Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1 pkg. sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine cheese, butter, flour, salt and pepper.
    Beat with electric mixer on low speed.
    Stir in sausage. Make dough into 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes until light brown.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
    Makes around 5 dozen.
