Low-Fat Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    2 pkg. dry, brown gravy mix
    1 small can mushroom pieces, drained
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 c. salsa (mild, medium or hot)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except catsup, together.
    Form into a loaf and put in a baking pan.
    Put catsup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until done.
