Dill Pickles With Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 large yellow onion
    3 or 4 dried mushrooms
    6 peppercorns
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. beef stock or bouillon
    3 large dill pickles, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown roast in oil; place in covered casserole with all items except sour cream. Simmer until tender (2 hours); add sour cream and simmer. Serve with rice. Delicious.....
