Meat Loaf "Muffins" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium yellow onion, chopped fine
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Form meatballs.
    Put in double paper muffin cups in muffin pan.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. When done, spoon tomato sauce over \"muffins.\"
    Kids love this!
