Smoked Pork With Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. flour
    1 (3 lb.) smoked boneless pork shoulder butt
    1 (27 oz.) can Libby's sauerkraut, drained
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 medium apple, peeled and diced
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place flour in a 14 x 20-inch cooking bag. Shake to coat inside.
    Place pork in bag. Close with twisted tie. Place slits in top of bag.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Remove from oven and open bag.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Spoon over and around pork.
    Re-tie bag and bake for 40 minutes longer.
