Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. chicken or beef broth
    1/4 c. sherry
    pepper to taste
    croutons
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until soft.
    Add flour, broth, sherry and pepper.
    Mix together and place in casserole.
    Coat with a little margarine and add croutons and Parmesan cheese to taste.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
