Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped meat
    peanut oil
    fresh/frozen vegetables, 6 c.
    1 tsp. ginger
    mixed seasonings to taste
    1 c. broth or bouillon
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    in
    peanut oil, until tender, using a wok, preferably.
    Add
    bouillon.
    Add fresh vegetables first, then frozen.
    We
    use carrots, celery, onions, snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower,
    pepper,
    tomatoes,
    bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, water chestnuts or squash.
