Lasagna(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomato sauce or puree
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. dried basil
    12 lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients.
    Saute until meat is brown. Drain and return to pan.
    Add next 7 ingredients.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Place layer of noodles in greased baking dish or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix egg and Ricotta cheese.
    Spread 1/2 of this on noodles.
    Cover with 1/2 of sauce, then 1/2 of cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
