Chi Chi Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Mochiko (1 lb.)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    few drops food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake on the middle shelf at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and cut into 3/4 x 2-inch pieces.
    Roll into potato starch or kinako.
