Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
milk (to cake batter consistency, not too thin)
Preparation

Mix flours together and cut in Crisco.
Add remaining ingredients and pour onto a hot griddle.
Yields 10 to 15 (6-inch) pancakes.
