Viva La Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1 can each: cream of chicken and mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 or 2 cans green chili salsa (7 oz.)
    2 or 3 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Bone chicken and cut meat in large pieces.
    Mix milk, soups, onion and salsa.
    Cut tortillas in strips.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan and sprinkle broth over bottom.
    Place a layer of tortilla strips and a layer of chicken.
    Spoon sauce over chicken. Make several layers, ending with sauce.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
