Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. meal
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1/2 bell pepper, grated
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese

Preparation

Pour 1/2 of batter into pan; put in layer of cream cheese. Pour in rest of batter.
Cook until done.
