Cream Of Reuben Soup(Can Be Made Low Carb.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped corn beef (can be deli style)
1 c. swiss cheese, cubed or shredded
3/4 c. sauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
1/4 c. butter
2 c. half & half, or cream
garnish with chopped chives and rye croutons
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook until veggies are crisp tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Cornstarch can be added to thicken.
