Lotsa Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns (2 lb. each)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    1 stick margarine
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Defrost hash browns.
    Warm 2 cans of soup, 2 cans milk and cream cheese over low heat.
    Add salt, pepper, onion salt and margarine to milk.
    Pour over potatoes and sprinkle grated cheese over top.
    Makes 2 casseroles of potatoes, 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) and 1 (10 x 6-inch).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
