Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese (soft curd)
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs (save 1 white)
    nutmeg and salt
    1 large can milk
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together, except egg white, then add the milk and water.
    Beat the egg white; blend white in.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown on top, then turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake until you insert knife and it comes out dry.
