Greek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken leg quarters
    8 potatoes
    2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. oregano
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Take the salad oil, lemon juice and spices and mix together. Take chicken and place in the mixture to soak.
    Peel potatoes and cut into chunky pieces.
    Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch dish and add potatoes.
    Then pour remaining mixture over chicken and potatoes. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
