Chocolate Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. water
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. egg whites (about a doz.)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Add water to egg whites and let stand until they reach room temperature.
Sift sugar and cocoa together.
Sift flour with salt.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add cream of tartar and continue beating until mixture holds a peak.
Continue beating slowly adding sugar and cocoa.
Fold in flour and add vanilla. Bake in tube pan at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
