Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 heaped Tbsp. Quik (chocolate)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil.
Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar and salt.
Add hot mixture and beat together. Add the eggs, sour cream and soda.
Pour into a 1 1/2-inch cookie tin. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
